You can access your cPanel a few different ways, either via secure or standard connections.

Standard:
1.) http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
2.) http://www.yourdomain.com:2082

Secure:
1.) https://www.yourdomain.com:2083
2.) https://yourserverIP:2083

The server IP address is provided within your "New Account" letter.
